Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or partially used products.
Items marked as final sale or promotional items.
Perishable goods, including food and beverages, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product:
Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and the packaging.
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at admin@nourishkings.com with your order details.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Ship the item back to us at: Nourish Kings Returns 525 Route 73 North Suite 104 Marlton, NJ 08053 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
