At Nourish Kings, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy for details on how to proceed.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or partially used products.
• Items marked as final sale or promotional items.
• Perishable goods, including food and beverages, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at admin@nourishkings.com with:
   • A description of the issue.
   • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and the packaging.
2. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at admin@nourishkings.com with your order details.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Ship the item back to us at:

   Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. Follow the instructions for damaged items above to initiate an exchange.
